Members of the ARNES network

ARNES connects organisations in the fields of education, research, development and culture to its network.

With the help of the ARNES network, these organisations connect to the GÉANT European education and research network and directly to the Internet. More than a thousand organisations are connected to the ARNES network, including:

• the Universities of Ljubljana, Maribor, Primorska and Nova Gorica 
• research institutes, including the Jožef Stefan Institute
• health-care institutions with research activities, including Ljubljana Clinical Centre 
• technology parks
• IZUM and libraries
• higher-education institutions
• student residences 
• school centres
• secondary schools
• primary schools 
• museums

other organisations that meet the criteria of the Government of RS. Altogether ARNES community consists of over 2.000 user organisations.
